      The appraiser is a life long resident of the southeastern Massachusetts area. He has actively

been a real estate brocker since 1965 and an appraiser since 1972. Real estate studies were completed at the University of Massachusetts at Darthmouth and appraisal courses at The University of Rhode Island.

             The appraiser held a sales and building franchise for Heritage Homes for seven years and was a land developer in Freetown, MA. He was an assistant building inspector and assistant board of health agent for the town of Freetown from 1980 through 1984 and was chairman of the planning board of the town of Freetown, serving 14 years as an elected official to the board. The appraiser is currently serving on the planning board of the town of Dartmouth, MA which he was elected to in the spring of 2008.

                In 1993, the appraiser was appointed by Governor William weld to the then Newly created real estate appraisal licensing board for the state of Massachusetts, he served a term of four years and was instrumental in formulating the requirements for all state real estate appraisers.
